Warranty Our Ionizers have the lowest percentage of service issues but should a customer have a problem we are here to help take care of that problem in a short amount of time as possible! Customers are required to contact us first so we may understand the nature of the problem & access the proper solution. It is not always necessary to send the machine in for service, sometimes just mailing a part is sufficient etc. Should you need service on an ionizer then we will issue a Return Authorization Number & a prepaid UPS shipping label without delay. Return Policy "As new condition" means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVDs etc. If you have NOT used any product, and NOT broken the manufacturer's seal on the box, you can return the products within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must he prepaid by the purchaser. We guarantee that the water becomes ionized and that a healthy negative oxidation reduction potential is produced which is verifiable, repeatable and adjustable.
We have a FIVE (5) years warranty on ALL Ionizers and to stand behind our claim that ALL our models are exceptionally reliable and made to last for many, many years.
The 5 year warranty provides three (3) years parts and labor from the purchase date, with FREE shipping. Then from 3 to 5 years from the purchase date provides an additional two (2) years with free labor.
After 3 years from purchase there is also a guaranteed maximum of $160 on any repair. There are repair depots on the east and west coast having by far the largest water ionizer & authorized dealer network in the USA.
EmcoTech Ionizers (IonWays): In case something goes wrong or for some reason you need to return a product, the following is our policy for the Delphi and Athena water ionizers. If at any time in the first 15 days you wish to return your unit, we will give you a full refund, less 20% restocking fee, as long as your ionizer is returned in "as new condition" and in its original packing.
